When you book a tour or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests, pickup address and any special requirements you tell us. Website analytics collect anonymised usage data.
To deliver the tour or transfer you booked, to contact you about pickup times and weather conditions, to handle payments and refunds under our Aurora Guarantee, and to meet our statutory bookkeeping obligations.
Tour bookings are processed through Bókun, our booking platform. Payment data is handled by the payment provider — we never store card numbers.
Our guides photograph guests during tours and share the photos with you. Photos may be used in our marketing unless you ask us not to; tell your guide or email us and we will remove them.
Booking and accounting data is kept for the statutory period required by Finnish bookkeeping law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact info@authenticexperiences.fi and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
